B. toys Review

I must say that finding the right toys for each child in my house can be challenging..down right frustrating.  I walk in a store and forget everything that they said they wanted for the last year (for their bday of course).  I rarely buy any toys but for occasions, Christmas and Birthdays.  But there are some toys that I find valuable to buy anytime.  Like educational toys and ones that will um..keep them occupied for awhile.  If I know a toy is great and will keep them happy and playing for longer I will invest.  A few years ago I found a fantastic line of toys at Target.  They were by Parents Magazine and I bought up cell phones that record your voice and play back, fake car keys that look real enough that baby will not be fooled.  I found their colors, unique designs, and packaging to be very appealing.  For some time I thought they were just Target’s brand of toys but I was oh so wrong.  Recently I found a company online that the toys looked extremely similar but the name was different.  B.toys were the name and the uncanny resemblance to the toys that keep my kids sane was interesting to me.  Sure, some products are similar all over the market but with different company’s making them but these products were identical.  So I found out..same company they just changed their name.

We want to be a voice to children that says it’s okay to be curious, to be pensive, to be loud, to be happy and sad all at the same time, to be generous, to be afraid, to be quiet, to be wild, to be fun, to be open, to be scientific, to be poetic, to be giddy, to be serious, to be smart, to be free, to be you.

Just B. Just you. B. you.

Before I get to the product I reviewed I want to talk about the ones I already own.  The Hello Phone is amazing.  Can keep a 1 year old up to 9 year old happy..I’m sure it can make even older kids amused..ok ok I love it too!  I honestly have had the kids rip it out of my hand because I hog it at times.  I just love to record little messages to them and play back in their ears.

The stylish phones offer noise buttons, record button, light up screen, songs.  You can store up to 3 pre-recorded messages.  We have 2 of these phones and I even buy them up for birthday gifts.  I have bought one for my cousins boy once.  Unfortunatly last summer at the pool (yes we even took them to the pool) when livi was 6 months and couldn’t fend for herself a girl threw it in the pool.  Doesn’t work now but we still play pretend.

Up next we have the Fun Keys that I also love.  They feel like real keys and with sounds and a light up flash light on the end it makes it very fun for little hands. Ok, so I have played with these too.  I even put them in my mouth once.  Don’t judge me!  I’m not weird.  A little, but I just wanted to see if they were safe for Livi to chew on, honest!  lol

And finally to the item I was sent for review.  The Okideoke microphone.  They did it again.  Making our home full of fun and entertainment.  Just B. B. You has got to be hands down one of my favorite toy companies.  And NO ONE paid me to say that.  They are so all about you being you…kids being kids.  Exploring, experiencing, living is Just B.

But “B” efore I go I must tell you one last bit about B. toys.  They are b-eing very green.  Their packaging is recycled and if you look closely to their beyond fabulous packaging you will find it is reversible.  No need to blow the bank on wrapping paper.  When you buy with Just B. you get all in one box.  Just carefully flip the box over and seal with tape.  Wallah your good as gold and it not only saved you money, saved the planet as well.

I’m giving B. toys 2 thumbs up, a nodding head, and a ‘get out and buy some’ scream your way.  I love these toys and I couldn’t B. anymore impressed from packaging to playing.  Oh speaking of packaging, each one also comes with B.Quotes.  Quotes that you send in from your kids.  They decided not to fluid their products with advertising and instead give us a giggle..  I first noticed on their site this quote: ” I think it went dinosaurs, pigrams, then real people”..a 4 year old.  I LOVE IT!  So check out their B. Quotes and even add your own!  Also enter the B. Quote contest.

Disclosure: I received a product from B. Toys at no cost to me for this review.  I was not paid to write this.  My opinions and writings are honest and my own.  Your opinions may differ.
