It’s no secret that I like to shop department stores and find great deals by top name suppliers.  Macy’s replaced a chain department store at a mall I shop at years ago and since have provided with top fashions and gifts for our whole family.  I like malls, I do, but what I love best about Macy’s is your ability to shop in one store for small appliances, perfume, and clothing for me AND baby!  I can always find my favorite Nine West shoes there too!  That is a bonus, ya know.

Macy’s periodically has campaigns, always for the good, to help raise awareness for special events or new fashions.  Well, Fall marks the beginning of a new season.  Something fresh for everyone to ‘fall’ in love with at Macy’s in their “Find Your Magic” campaign.
On September 12th, Macy’s pulled back the curtain to reveal the magic backstage, with Macy’s newest and most ambitious commercial yet. The spot features celebrity designers including Sean “Diddy” Combs, Tommy Hilfiger, Jennifer Lopez, Rachel Roy, Jessica Simpson, Martha Stewart and Donald Trump. Along with featured cameos by the Radio City Rockettes, an animated Virginia O’Hanlon from Yes, Virginia, and the one and only Santa Claus, the campaign demonstrates the spectacle behind Macy’s everyday magical promise.

Through October 30, 2010, Macy’s is inviting users to put together the perfect wardrobe for key magical occasions. Once submitted, the public will have the opportunity to vote on the best outfit for the day’s challenge. The “magical stylist” who gets the most votes will win that day’s challenge and a $100 Macy’s gift card. Participants can invite their friends and family to vote for their outfit on Facebook and Twitter.
Or In Stores: The magic of Fashion Director also extends to select Macy’s stores nationwide. Shoppers will be invited to participate in fashion contests to create the best outfit – styling models with various pieces based on a challenge scenario. After a mini runway show, the audience will choose the best look and the winner will receive a $100 Macy’s gift card to create their own magical fall wardrobe.

Featuring fall fashion previews, Macy’s Fashion Director hosted by Clinton Kelly, magic videos with style tips and great finds, as well as other fun behind the scenes content – the site is home to virtual acts of magic.
