Manhattan Toy sent us two of their hottest items to try out this year. We received a Boysterous Action Figure and a Groovy Girl. The Boysterous Boy Slope Shreddin Sean came for my boys to try out. They were excited when they saw it, since they love playing with my daughter’s dolls. The snow board that comes with this is metal while the doll’s feet have magnets so they stick together very easily! My boys figured it out immediately and loved making “Sean” do flips in the air and jumping off all of the furniture. The doll itself is made of soft fabric, but his legs do have some support to keep him standing when you attach him to his snow board. Since the kids (Addie included) like playing with this so much, I plan on getting a few more so they can all play with them together.
The Groovy Girl we received was the newest holiday addition- Cali Candy. Since we’ve never had any Groovy Girl dolls before, all three of my kids were extremely interested to see what she was all about. She is slightly larger then the Boysterous Action Figure but she is all soft, which my daughter loves. She came with her holiday outfit (with a matching hat), which has Velcro for easy on and off. Addie really loves to carry her around and snuggle with her. I think the fun part would be for her to get the matching accessories and another Groovy Girl as her “friend”.
