{Cyber Monday} Dress the Part with JPark 25% Off Code!!

Have you started thinking about your wardrobe for the holiday season now that its upon us? I know that I need a few outfits for family get-togethers and a friend’s holiday party. I really would love to be able to find pieces that are elegant, yet simple so that I could dress them up or down depending on the event. JPark has just the pieces I need to do this. Julie Park started designing back in 1990 and since has developed her own very work-friendly line, JPark in 2010. The JPark Collection offers simple yet elegant pieces with a hint of masculine.

How can you go wrong with cashmere or a cardigan?

Belle Ruffle

JPark sent me an amazing box of goodies to try out for all of you. I received the Belle Ruffle Top (shown above), the Pleat Shirt, the Silk Jewel Top and the Wrap in Dusk. When these items arrived, I was in shock at the quality and craftsmanship each piece had. Before they arrived, I thought I would love the silk jewel top the best. I really do like how it looks but the wrap in dusk really looks even better in person then online. The wrap comes with a gorgeous sash that makes the piece really stand out. I plan to wear the wrap with the pleat shirt for Christmas Eve pairing it with some skinny cords and booties. JPark’s sizing is a little different then standard sizing because you choose either a 1, 2, or 3 for your size. I ended up getting a size 2 which seemed about right for me (size 4-6 top or medium). All four items fit me really well, so if you are planning to order look at their size chart for assistance.

Here’s the Belle Ruffle- I actually love this on, but was a little nervous how it would fit when it first arrived. The material is so soft and slightly sheer, so I assumed it would cling to places I didn’t want it to. It didn’t at all, in fact- the waist and hip area was loose and the sleeves started off feeling a little snug but within 10 minutes of wearing it, they stretched out.

I love this wrap, I think pairing with with the pleat shirt is perfect.

I love how fitted this pleat shirt is, without being tight. I usually don’t like wearing cotton dress shirts like this alone, but this one with its asymmetrical collar makes for the perfect shirt by itself. I think I’d dress it up with big earrings next time.

Here’s the silk jewel top– I do love the soft material again (similiar to the belle ruffle top). This shirt actually tapers in at the waist, so I was leary about this one when I first tried it on. Since it has the dolman sleeves, it only makes sense that the waist would be more fitted. I do love that this can be worn during the day with jeans or with a skirt or pants and heels for an evening out.

I was not paid to write this post, these are my honest opinions. I did however receive the items mentioned above at no cost to me.

I really enjoy the hunt Etsy offers, especially now trying to dress three kids.Although we’re living in the Midwest, we still have roots in Massachusetts and spend summers back visiting family and friends. I love the ocean and would choose a beach vacation over any vacation, any day.
