Stumped. I’ve done the whole hand print in clay present. Went out on a thorn and bought a rose bush (in which she already had three of the same one). Heart necklace-check (done that), picture frame with me inside (ha, always a treat)-check, big fluffy comfy slippers-check (and never seen again). Honestly any gift with a photo (even one with me, p’sh) is a good option and a ‘safe bet’. Grandma’s and mother’s have a heart for their (grand)children and always accept customized photo gifts.

Great Gifts for Father’s Day:
I remember growing up Mother’s Day was a Busy Day. There were times I remember my mom still doing her daily chores PLUS getting ready for family to come over but also times when all the men did the work (that was always funny to watch). Now that I’m a mom, have four kids + my sister has 3 kids, my mother opts for less stress dinners/cookouts where we can enjoy the day more. When I was a little girl I remember going into her room, navigating her jewelry box-picking out my favorite piece, then wrapping it up for her from Mother’s Day. She still talks about the time she received her own pearls for Mother’s Day and my daughter has even done that for me once.
What special gifts have you given or received on Mother’s Day? Any special events happen over the years?
