Need a Gift? Think Brandt’s Candies {Giveaway!}

With the holidays fast approaching, I’m always on the hunt for a great gift. This time of year is really busy for us including my triplet’s & nephew’s birthdays, our anniversary, Halloween and then of course Thanksgiving and Christmas! I’m always in need of either a hostess gift or a small thank you for someone this time of year. If you are in need of some unique, fun items then turn to Brandt’s Candies!

Brandt’s Candies was opened in 1948 by Mr. & Mrs. Brandt. The store has changed hands multiple times and Barb & James Phillips took over in 2005. The store is family-run and the candy is all homemade and hand-dipped. The family takes pride in using the same equipment and recipes that Mr. Brandt himself originated.

Take a look at some of the delicious choices…

How fabulous is this Casino Box? What a great way to treat the man in your life (then, of course he’ll have to share it with you, right?) for a birthday, anniversary or just to say “I love you”.  Brandt’s makes boxes for every occasion, too. Including birthdays, housewarming, or a new baby.

Brandt’s uses their homemade marshmallow to make these…yum!

YUM! Check out this assortment of chocolates perfect for a fall gift or just for a treat for you.

Are you in need of a thank you gift or a favor for a birthday party or your wedding? What a great way to say thank you with some chocolate!

I was sent the Casino Box to review from my friend, Jenny who’s part of Brandt’s. I couldn’t have been more excited to get it, because it came right while I was starving! My kids loved seeing a package come that actually had chocolate inside. They usually open my packages and are bitterly disappointed at the shoes or clothing that’s inside. The package sent from Brandt’s was nicely filled with styrofoam peanuts to ensure its safety. My box came perfectly in tact until one of my kids tried to grab it and broke the larger molded chocolate piece. The box of goodies came with two large molded pieces including a slot machine and roulette. I love that the box was mixed with both dark and milk chocolate because I love it all. There was also a chocolate dipped pretzel stick, some chocolate covered Oreos, a chubbie and a signature Brandt’s Candies bar. I think my favorite was the chocolate covered Oreos but it was a close call between those and the chubbies. The presentation that Brandt’s uses really makes this a great item to give as a gift. It looked so nice I had troubles (okay for just a split second) even opening and eating it!

Brandt’s Candies is giving away a box to one lucky reader!
